A llama themed care package can be made for many occasions.
This post includes several llama-themed care package ideas and includes a free printable.

Find a box.
Figuring out what you’ll use for your box is one of the first things you need to do. The size of the your box determines how much can fit inside and also determines how you can decorate your box.
While there are many sizes of boxes available, I decided to go with one that is 10″ x 7″ x 4″.
I liked this box because it is deep enough to hold various types of items. Click here to see the box that I got on Amazon. They’re available with Amazon Prime, so there wasn’t a shipping cost. I have a care package group so we’ll all use these.

Create printouts with your llama quotes.
Measure the size of your flaps and insides of the box.
You’ll need to know the size of each of the flaps you’ll be covering with paper. And if you’ll be covering the inside of your box, measure those as well. For my template (below), I used Microsoft Word to create text boxes and shapes the size of the box sides and flaps. Then I typed my sayings into those text boxes.
Create printouts with your llama sayings.
I like to use card stock to decorate my care packages. For this one I used white 8.5 x 11 card stock paper from a craft store and printed my sayings onto them. I also created a free llama care package printable to help make the banner similar to what is shown in the image below. I’ve created a lot of small squares with llama sayings that can make this care package perfect for so many scenarios.
Adhere printouts to the flaps and inside of box.
For the inside of my box, I used these cute images that I got on the Teachers Pay Teachers website for the long sides of the box.. They were free images.
