These ghoulish Halloween vases are super cheap!
I’m so happy with how this Halloween Decor DIY project turned out because it only took a few minute!

Supplies I used:
- Dollar Tree creepy cloth
- Dollar Tree skeleton garland
- Dollar Tree Vase
- Dollar Tree candle (if you don’t already have one you can use)
- Dollar Tree twine
- Scissors
- Glue dots
Wrap creepy cloth around the vase.
Cut a strip of the creepy cloth.
Place glue dots along the top of the vase and then press the creepy cloth into the glue dots. Continue to place glue dots onto the vase as necessary to hold the creepy cloth in place.
Pull the creepy cloth down to cover any part of the bottom of the vase that isn’t covered. It easily stretches.
Trim any excess creepy cloth that extends past the bottom of the vase.
Attach twine around vase (to hold the skeletons).
Add glue dots around the vase about a half inch below the top of the vase. These dots of glue will hold the twine garland and you need to make sure it it is pretty close to the top because your skeletons are kind of tall (and they’ll be hanging from it.)
Press the twine into the glue dots all around the top of the vase.
Tie a double knot in the twine.
Tie skeletons onto the garland.
You’ll need to remove the skeleton garland from the packaging and cut the skeletons from the garland, leaving enough twine on each skeleton to tie it onto the garland.
The skeleton garland contains 4 skeletons, so you’ll want to spread them evenly onto to the twine.
Add a flameless candle.
This Halloween Decor DIY project was a fun one to make. Good luck if you decide to make these for your Halloween decor this year. If you’d like to watch this DIY Halloween project come to life, see my YouTube video below.
